It all began when a close friend of mine launched his Amazon business but suddenly hit a roadblock—his seller account was deactivated. Unsure where to turn and faced with losing everything he had built, he asked me for help. I dove deep into Amazon’s policies, appeal processes, and support systems. After days of research and back-and-forth with Amazon, we got his account reinstated. That experience changed everything. What started as a one-time favor quickly became a mission. I realized that many sellers—just like my friend—were facing similar struggles with little guidance or clarity. While continuing to sell on Amazon ourselves, we began helping others navigate the complex world of Amazon compliance, account reinstatements, and growth strategy.
